Development

The project involves five main parts:

  • Groundwork to understand and deploy existing codebase, deployment configs etc.

  • Evaluate replacing custom Mindtree modules with MS tools and get all current Mabel utterances working

  • Develop a test harness to issue utterances and document responses, to make development efficient for both phases

  • ServiceNow API integration

  • Extensive testing

The bulk of the work will be done by a team of one senior AI/ML engineer, one senior full stack engineer, two QA engineers.

Other necessary dev, QA, PM resources will be drawn from Pirates’s network of startups to successfully execute the project.
